It forms a highly hydrophobic membrane that protects, seals and provides excellent UV resistance. HYDROFLEX gives surfaces a high-gloss finish, excellent heat resistance and adhesion for years.

HYDROFLEX TC

A two-component white polyurethane-based membrane used for permanent waterproofing and top-coating. Hydroflex TC is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins giving excellent resistance: mechanical, chemical, thermal and UV.

Key features:

• increases the abrasion resistance of waterproofing membranes,
• no chalking effect,
• in a white color, so it reflects UV rays better,
• gives a glossy and easy-to-clean surface,
• resistant to pedestrian traffic,
• has excellent adhesion to dry substrates (concrete, tar paper, eternit, steel structures, etc.),
• after drying, it forms a uniform strong and flexible coating resistant to chemical agents, oils, kerosene, acids and alkalis,
• frost resistant,
• maintains properties at temperatures from -30˚C to +90 ˚C,
• resistant to standing water.

Usage:

Bitumer Hydroflex TC is used as a compound in waterproofing applications:

• roofs and terraces,
• balconies and verandas,
• sub-tile waterproofing of swimming pools,
• interior and exterior waterproofing,
• protection of concrete structures, platforms, tunnels, bases,
• protection of old roofs coatings made of felt, EPDM, PVC, acrylic coatings.

Application:

Apply with a roller or use spray application method.
